Born into an insurance family, the Co-founder Chia Jee Kin’s desire to protect has been instilled since young. Based on his vast experiences in life administration and agency development, Jee Kin quickly understood the significance of actively recruiting and training young business associates. Today, Jee Kin paves the path to build a team of RISERS who are both compassionate and forward-thinking through the RISERS Programme.

With 20 years of experience in financial products marketing and over 20,000 clients in his portfolio, Philip’s achievements and expertise act as strong pillars in building RISE Advisory.
